MIAMI, FL (January 9, 2019) — The board of directors of the Florida Chapter of NACD, the advocate for the profession of directorship, is pleased to welcome Judy A. Schmeling. She currently serves as a director for Constellation Brands, Canopy Growth Corporation, and Casey’s Convenience Stores. Schmeling’s experience on audit committees includes serving as chair for Constellation and Canopy and as a committee member for Casey’s. Her nominating and governance committee experience includes serving as chair for Casey’s and as a member of Constellation’s.

Based in Tampa, Schmeling was president of Cornerstone Brands and chief operating officer of HSNi until the end of 2017. Prior to that, she served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of HSNi.
